Customer Testimonies

“Was a great course! Loved how concise the course was (some instructors get distracted telling stories and getting off topic) but loved how relevant and respectful the material was delivered.”

“Andrew was very personable, yet clear and professional. I valued the approach to establish a safe space and encourage ‘fun’. Andrew had excellent time management, but allowed time for questions. Andrew gave clear rationale for why some activities were chosen.”

“Andrew is one of the best instructors/trainers I have experienced on zoom > Congrats Andrew!”

“I was concerned how the training would go online. But Andrew presented the information well, included activities that had us participating and created a space that felt less like I was alone on my computer and more engaging in a room of other people. I was very impressed with the way Andrew presented the online refresher course. Thank you”

“Well done, Andrew, you done an amazing job. One of the best mental health courses I have attended. Andrew kept the mood light and engaging.”

“Andrew was a great facilitator and kept the mood light but appropriate to ease us into the course content which was at times serious and had the potential to trigger participants. He was easy to work with in the lead up to the course and expectations were explained clearly. He was keen for and welcomed any feedback on the course.”

“Andrew was lively and fun and kept a good pace. I think he was a great instructor for a zoom session as he kept the pace up. There was a lot of content and Andrew kept us on time and on course to finish.”

“Andrew presented the course and topics with an entertaining and enjoyable approach. His presentation skills were effective in getting the point across and made the time go quick. Thanks Andrew for your time and ability to make all topics enjoyable to learn.”

"Instructor was very engaging, made participating very easy and helped reduce anxiety around speaking to other students.”

”Andrew was a wealth of knowledge. His easy-going nature made the more confronting elements of the training less 'intense'.”

“I found Andrew to be a great instructor. Andrew delivered the content well, was respectful to the group and their knowledge and experiences, and successfully fostered a respectful group environment where participants felt valued and comfortable to engage.”

“Andrew was excellent, engaging and non-confrontational in his teaching style - ie not everyone learns the same way, or comfortably in a group.”

“Andrew was warm, engaged and engaging, applying appropriate lightness and humour, along with intelligence and generosity to what can be heavy subject matter.”
